Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
