Shipping Policy

Delivery Timing

All standard orders at Metteya are dispatched within 2 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–6 working days. Tracking details will be shared via email after dispatch.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the following working day.

Please note: During monsoons or festive seasons, delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Metteya, your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if initiated within 72 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original tags, bills, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

If your return meets the above criteria, you may request an exchange or a full refund equivalent to your original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@metteya.in within 72 hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return

  • Clear product images (mandatory for defective or incorrect items)

Note: Return, refund, or exchange requests are not applicable for products purchased during Special Sale or Flash Sale events.
